抄録

The process of pushing-up and torque slip test of 1/20 taper joint in keyless propeller are simulated by the incremental finite element analysis. The simulation model is described by the axisymmetric quadrilateral element and Coulomb friction is requested between the tapered propeller boss surface and shaft. Coefficient of friction of 0.16 is associated with dry contact condition and that of 0.05 is associated with lubricated contact condition.<BR>The propeller boss, AIBC3, is treated as an work hardening material and shaft, SF440, is treated as elastic perfectly-plastic material. It is found that the simulation results agree well with the experimental results and can estimate the relation between push-up load and push-up distance, the slip torque of taper joint, the stress distribution of tapered boss surface and shaft surface.
