It is important to share information between planner and citizen, between citizen and citizen when a machizukuri (community planning) project is going on. The aim of this paper is to report a new information sharing method called “Machizukuri Flag”. The flags, which express information that is collected by citizen’s workshop are hanged under an arcade roof of a shopping district every two month. Total 28 flags were hanged, and 15 sets of flag were published before today.
