Abstract

Research Group in AIJ Council for Judicial Support has been collected materials on construction-related dispute that AIJ Council for Judicial Support members were concerned, and developed “Expert testimony / Mediation database” from 2003. This paper is intended to show the tendency about construction-related dispute by analyzing the dispute examples accumulated in this database and consider about causes of dispute from the knowledge acquired through them.
