説明

This paper shows the method and process of urban redevelopment in Tokyo central city Marunouchi. Most important method and the process are the system of town planning Guideline organized by Otemachi Marunouchi Yurakucho Chiku Machizukuri Kondankai. Nakadori, Hibiyadori and The Tokyo Station Plaza are the most important street scene in Marunouchi. This paper shows the condition of these places under developing and the usefulness of the method for developing other downtown.
