抄録

This reports on the programs and the textbooks on the built environment education for children provided by architectural organizations in the U.S., focusing on those having relations with school education.<br>Regarding the methodology, firstly, information on the websites of all organizations registered at ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN EDUCATION NETWORK and all AIA chapters was collected. Secondarily, the surveys by questionnaires were conducted.<br>Finally, the followings can be pointed out; the programs for K-8 classes and teachers are mostly related to school subjects and the curriculum content standards. And, architects often support the development of the program and the practice in schools.
