Description

Recently, local authorities have progressed the way to which preserve and produce more green along with private developments.<br>This paper focus on the Sapporo City Ordinance for the preservation and creation of the green by looking at its effects.<br>Through the study, it suggests the following there points to develop the Ordinance to increase more green in private lands. They are; to include residential developments in the category of the Ordinance, to set the criteria for the location of greening in a planning plan and the amount of greening in a planning section, and to develop the monitoring system.
