<p>Abstract : Patient’s teeth (11, 31, 41) were injured by a bite opener during an operation for tonsillectomy at 7 years old. Orthodontic treatment was done for this patient at 26 years old. She had noticed a change of teeth color and felt some abnormality on 11 at 31 years old. All injured teeth had no reaction in the electric pulp test. The injuries and orthodontic treatment caused chronic apical periodontitis on 11, pulp necrosis and root resorption on 41, and pulp necrosis and ankylosis on 31. X-ray diagnosis revealed apical lesion on 11, about 1/3 root resorption on 41, and 2/3 root resorption and ankylosis on 31.</p><p> We treated 11 under normal endodontic therapy, and got a good result, but we did not treat 31 or 41. The progress of all injured teeth showed various types of limited abnormality.</p>
