Description

The vitamin C content of the milk of two individuals of F1of Jersey _??_ × Holstein _??_ was found to be 1.87 mg/100 cc on the average for one individual and 2.35 mg, /100 cc for the other. The former is almost equal to the average of the Holstein breed and the latter to that of the Jersey breed.
