An approach to the subject presented in this report is to investigate the circumstances in the rate of egg production and supplementary hen in connection with the profit and the labor productivity in the poultry management. The change in profit by the fluctuation in the rate of egg production and supplementary hen can be shown as follows.<br>The increase of the rate of egg production connected to change the rate of supplementary hen in relation with profit, assuming that feed ration or egg weight is constant. And then the reasonable profit can be induced by the magnification of the scale, and the progress of the technique makes up maintenance of the scale.<br>The labor productivity and the labor income are summarized in the following.<br>The labor productivity increased as the arithmetical progression with the magnification of managerial scale, it carries as the advantages of large scale poultry management. And the labor income applies to law of diminishing returns.
