抄録

The effects of intravenous infusion of atropine on pancreatic exocrine responses to exogenous secretin and to endogenous secretin released by intraduodenaladministration of HCI were examined in sheep. Intravenous injection ofsecretin increased juice flow by 2.32ml/10min and decreased protein concentrationby 14.4mg/ml. Similar response was observed after intraduodenal administrationof HCI, showing 2.23ml/10min-increase of juice flow and 16.4Mg/mldecreaseof protein concentration. Both of these responses to secretin and HCI were not inhibited significantly by atropine infusion at the dose of 10μg/kg·min, though the reduction rates of protein concentration and amylase activity afteradministration of secretin and HCI with atropine infusion were larger than thosewithout atropine because of the combined effects of secretin and atr Opine. Theseresults indicate that the cholinergic mechanism is not involved in both of theaction of secretin to the pancreatic ductal cell and the release of secretin from theintestinal mucosal cell in sheep.
