Abstract

以上の共同実験結果よりステンレス鋼および高Crフェライト鋼中析出物の抽出分離定量法(推奨法)をまとめ,表9に示した。結果を要約すると以下のとおりである。<BR>(1)ステンレス鋼中のTCP相(σ相,χ相)は, 1%HA系電解法により抽出できる。このうちσ相は10%臭素-メタノール溶液に溶解するので,電解抽出残さを10%臭素-メタノール溶液に浸漬処理し,溶解液を分析すれば,σ相組成が求められる。<BR>(2)ステンレス鋼中の炭化物は, 1%HCl系あるいは10%AA系電解法により抽出できる。<BR>(3)高Crフェライト鋼中のTCP相(Laves相)と炭化物は,10%AA系電解法により抽出できる。Laves相は, 0.5%臭素-メタノール溶液に溶解するので,電解抽出残さを0.5%臭素-メタノール溶液に浸漬処理し,溶解液を分析すれば,Laves相組成が求められる。
