Description
The objective of this study is to develop a web-based Image Quality Evaluation system for the satellite hyperspectral data (termed “IQESH”). The more number hyperspectral bands, the more difficult the task of efficient and precise image quality evaluation for all thes. As a measure, IQESH turns this issue into advantage by displaying all band images continuously (i. e., animation-like displaying) with the mouse wheel-based interface. Such a primitive approach based on eye-sight might be useful for evaluating hyperspectral image quality. Data sets on results of image quality evaluation with original images could be easily managed under the internet-environment, which contribute to promote utilization of hyperspectral data for various application fields.
