Clinical research is important to establish a scientific basis for physical therapy and other rehabilitation therapies. To increase the level of clinical research three things are needed: 1) motivation for research; 2) good research conditions; and 3) definition of the aims of research. I hope that many therapists start clinical research for patients.<br>
