説明
This perspective paper is described about the environment control in agriculture from the historical origin of “The Japanese Society of Environment Control in Biology (ECB)” including “Phytotronics” in the second generation by Duke University in USA, to “The Greenhouse Horticulture (Solar plant factory)” based on the intelligent controlled system through the activities of IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control). The SPA (speaking plant approach to the environment control) is also explained both in the relations of European academic activities in IFAC and in our former society of ECB, resulting the glorious future of the Greenhouse Horticulture.
