Abstract
We present here a case of postpartum eclampsia resulting in reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome. Fluid-attenuated inversion recovery and T2-weighted magnetic resonance images showed multiple hyperintense lesions in the posterior white matter. The patient had no complications of hypertension until the onset of eclampsia.<br>
