In this study, amenity water facilities such as the fountain and babbling stream mainly installed in housing estate and city block were investigated on the spot, and the following purpose have be made: Extraction of problem on the facilities, operation, safety, sanitation and the consideration. Eight field work investigation for the amenity water facilities installed in Osaka and Hyogo and investigation of design data were carried out in order to achieve the purpose. The problem was arranged from the survey result by the total of these results in the diagram, and the consideration for the good operation and management was shown.
