- 在宅酸素療法を施行した重症Wilson-Mikity syndromeの1例

Description
<p>在宅酸素療法(home oxygen therapy: HOT）導入後，約3年の経過を観察した重症Wilson-Mikity syndrome (WMS) を報告する．在胎28週6日，体重 1,160 gで出生し，集約的治療が施行された．生後1ヵ月の胸部X線所見，臍帯血 IgM 高値よりWMSと診断した．抜管後も酸素投与を要し，生後約1年1ヵ月で退院，在宅管理へと移行した．現在もHOTを含めた新生児慢性肺疾患の総合的な管理を外来で行っている．今後，成長・発達障害への対策も含めた包括的なリハビリテーションが重要と考えられる．</p>
