- うっ血性心不全のチェーン・ストークス呼吸に対する低圧持続気道陽圧の長期効果

<p>チェーン・ストークス呼吸を合併したうっ血性心不全患者5例（心エコー上左室駆出率＜30％）を対象に，1年間の持続気道陽圧の効果を検討した．5 cm H2O の持続気道陽圧により，チェーン・ストークス呼吸は消失し，無呼吸・低呼吸指数は減少した．左室駆出率も治療3ヵ月までは改善した．持続気道陽圧は，うっ血性心不全患者のチェーン・ストークス呼吸，睡眠の質および心機能を改善し，その非薬物療法として有用と思われた．</p>
