- 呼吸リハビリテーション主体のデイケアと介護保険

<p>2000年介護保険制度が施行されたことを契機として，在宅酸素療法（HOT）を受けている患者を主な対象とした通所リハビリテーション施設を開設した．外来での呼吸リハビリテーションが継続できるだけでなく，デイケアは閉じこもりがちなHOT患者を外に出し，心身機能の向上を図るために効果的であり，急性期より在宅呼吸ケアまで連続性を保つことが可能である．病院・訪問看護・ヘルパーステーション・デイケア・バスハイクまでの在宅呼吸ケアシステムの中で有意義に活用されている．</p>
