<p>テレメディスンには大量情報を医療者間だけでなく，患者，家族にまで的確に提供できる可能性がある．欧米では心電図をはじめ各種の沿革モニタリングを導入した在宅循環・呼吸リハビリテーションが90年代から導入されてきた．本邦では呼吸リハビリの観点からのテレメディスンはまだ実施されていない．そこでテレメディスンの現状を調べ，将来展望という視点からテレメディスンを応用した呼吸リハビリテーションについて検討した．</p>
