Description
急性期呼吸リハビリテーションの無気肺に対する効果を検討するため当院集中治療室に平成18年10月から翌年9月までに入室した2047例（後半の患者に対して呼吸リハを実施）について無気肺の発生と解除の頻度を比較した．呼吸リハは全体では無気肺の発生と解除に影響しなかったが挿管人工呼吸症例で無気肺の発生を減少させ解除を増加させた．無気肺はVAPと密接に関連していたが呼吸リハは無気肺の有無に関係なくVAPの発生を抑制した．
