Description
<p>SASの治療法としてCPAPが広く用いられているが,中程度以下の症例ではアドヒーランスは必ずしも高くなく,新しい治療法が望まれている.閉塞型無呼吸はオトガイ舌筋の緊張を増加させることで防ぎうる.今回,健常男子10名を対象に,インパルスオシレーションを用いオトガイ下電気刺激時における呼吸抵抗の変化を測定した.一部のケースで呼吸抵抗が減少した.呼吸抵抗の低下は,オトガイ下電気刺激による上気道の開大によるものと推察された.</p>
