Abstract

Tumors arising from the palate are uncommon, and a relatively high ratio of minor salivary gland tumors are malignant. We analyzed the clinical features of five cases of palatal tumors in which surgical resection was performed at our center between October 2014 and September 2015. Of the five tumors, two were mucoepidermoid carcinoma, two were pleomorphic adenoma, and one was an adenoid cystic carcinoma.
