Description

Ba3Co2Fe24(1-x)O41-δ(x=0∼0.05) samples were prepared by using a conventional ceramic method. The samples had the single crystallographic phase of hexagonal Z-type ferrite. Ba3Co2Fe24(1-x)O41-δ with x =0.05 had a μ’ of 8.9 and a maximum quality factor of 66.9 at 100MHz. Because of the decrease of iron content, loss of domain wall motion is reduced. In addition, the decreases of Fe2+ ions reduces the effect of eddy current, which may cause to improve initial permeability and quality factor.
