Description

This paper focuses on the Korean Community as a Socially disadvantaged area in Japan. Especially we surveyed about urban community(Nisinari ward, Osaka city and local community(Wakayama prefecture). We have surveyed total 30 old comer Koreans to get the life history data using interview survey method and especially regarding the urban community, we have tried a questionnaire survey. From these results, we can find out that Korean community have a big difficulty that are suffering from ageing and dwindling population and decrepit housing. Based on these results We suggest for the area regeneration of Korean community, they need to scale up of community based organization for the service delivery and try to making community based business program.
