- 右胃大網動脈瘤の1例

Description
An 84-year-old man was found to have a hepatic tumor by CT when he was followed up for hepatitis C.<br> The patient was admitted to the hospital for operation. Abdominal angiography demonstrated two aneurysms 8 mm in diameter of the right gastroepiploic artery. Exteded left lobectomy of the liver and resection of the aneurysms were performed. The patient recovered without any complications. Histopathological study of the resected specimen revealed the aneurysms resulting arteriosclerosis.
