The research on organizational climates in workplace of X Company was conducted in 2002 (N=615) as the previous study for the second research in 2006 (N=453). The purpose of this study was to investigate themeasurement of the feature of organizational climates and the possibility of using it for the actual organizational change process. Eight kinds of organizational climates were found by factor analysis. Those are: (1) trust for top managements and their policy, (2) trust for one's immediate superiors, (3) one's transformational behavior,(4) positive climate in workplace, (5) negative management style for change, (6) value of pursuing the essentialfeature, (7) acceptance of organizational vision, and (8) evaluation for conservative way of working. Compared with those eight factors between 2002 and 2006, the results show the improvement in the organizational climates because of the efforts in X Company following the previous research. Implications for future research werediscussed concerning the relationship between performance of change and organizational climates.
