Abstract

IgG4関連疾患（IgG4-related disease: IgG4-RD）は，全身の諸臓器にIgG4陽性形質細胞の浸潤と高IgG4血症がみられる特異な疾患である．近年になって提唱された疾患概念ということもあり，その病態や発症機序については未だに不明な点が多い．本稿ではIgG4-RDの唾液腺病変における病態生理について解説する．
