In this research, based on the case study in Nanjing and Fukuoka, the relations between the components and the impression evaluation of restaurants' facades in city centre are shown. In a series of surveys and analysis, it is clear that the relevances between quality factors and supplement elements such as the shape of windows, colors' tone, sign boards, the size of shop name's characters, advertisements, chairs, tables and plants and so on are very strong. The facades' openness rate and several materials are closely connected with openness factors. Abstract and figural decoration elements are connected with feature factors. It is important that the first step to form comfort or high quality of restaurants' design in city centre, is to think about the relations between impression evaluation and components, and then go on to the restaurant facades' proposal or plan.
