抄録

Some ferulates as phenolic substances have been confirmed to occur in the soapstock of rice bran oil. These ferulic acid esters are resemble to that of rice germ oil.<BR>The unsaponifiable fractions from these ferulates were confirmed to consist mainly of two tri-terpenoid alcohols (cycloartenol C30H50O and 24-methylene-cycloartanol C31H52O) and sterol C28H48O.
