Abstract
For the purpose of producing highly skilled social worker, "Certified Social Worker and Certified Care Worker's act" was partly revised in 2007. As a result of revision of the act, social work education program was strengthened. Some of the points that were strengthened focused on social work practice seminar and social work practicum. Since these two subjects are closely connected, the author has located social work seminar as a pre-education subject of social work practicum. From this point of view, 1) communication competence, 2) supervisee competence, and 3) theory and practice linkage competence were shown as expected contents of the pre-education subject.
