- GISによる「見える化」を活かした建設会社のBCP改革
Description
We reviewed the BCP significantly because the formulated BCP was not effective at the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake. At first, we changed the formulation system of BCP from top down to bottom up, and shared knowledge of the BCP through desk exercises. Next, we made it possible to visualize various information such as data of customer and employee and hazard information such as tsunami et al. using GIS. We created a system that utilizes it as a tool for providing information to customers in the normal situation and uses it for checking the damage situation of customers in the event of a disaster. We developed a dedicated application for using GIS using mobile tablet when going out. As a result, we were able to improve both the level of sales activities in normal times and the emergency response behavior in the event of a disaster.
