抄録

In modern society, the principal economic activities have come to services from the product. Service research has been conducted for a long time, but meaning of "service" changed from around 2000. Nowadays, Internet became a social infrastructure, service design is the one of main issue for business.<BR>In this paper, I outline the major trends in service research and business. Then current service is not only described four features as "IHIP" but also service system that was explained as service dominant logic. After that, I consider service design concept, process and methods. Service design become a hot topic for designers and Human-centered design process is adopted service design process. At the end, I introduce some service business and consider about future agenda.
