Description
The subject “Information” in high school started in 2003 fiscal year and the students who finish the subject have come to enter the universities since 2006 fiscal year. The subject “Information” has three subjects of "Information A", "Information B", and "Information C." They will be 2 subject organization of " Information Society ", and " Information Science " by a new course of study beginning in 2013 fiscal year. Thus, the importance of information education is recognized widely. We made questionnaire surveys of the students who entered the university in 2011 and 2012 fiscal year about the learning situation of the new subject and information literacy. As a result, the students have not enough mastered about information literacy. It was clarified that the information literacy education is required for the students.
