Abstract

Forty-seven species of Middle Carboniferous to Middle Permian foraminifers are discriminated from the limestone blocks of the Ogawadani Formation, distributed in the Southern Belt of the Chichibu Terrane in the Kwanto Mountains. Among them, nine fusulinacean species belonging to five genera are described with brief geologic note of the Ogawadani Formation.
