Description
Larger foraminifers from two localities of the Eocene Shimizu and Miocene Misaki Formations in Tosa Shimizu City, Kochi Prefecture, Shikoku, Japan are first described and discussed. Two species among five species described herein are new species, and all these species are useful for age determination and correlation of these formations in the Indo-Pacific region.
