- 内視鏡的に止血し得た十二指腸下行脚憩室出血の2例

Description
症例1は56歳女性。ふらつき感を主訴に当院に入院した。症例2は59歳男性。低用量アスピリンを服用中で，暗赤色便の主訴にて当院に入院した。2例共，血液検査で強度の貧血がみられ，緊急上部消化管内視鏡にて十二指腸下行脚からの出血を認めて止血術に成功した。十二指腸下行脚憩室出血例について文献的考察を加えて報告する。
