Description
The present study was made to determine the detailed karyotype based on the differential reactivities of human leucocyte chromosomes treated with low temperature. The treated chromosomes were clearly exhibited many prominent special segments including secondary constrictions, and those segmental patterns were arranged in a regular sequence along the individual chromosome length.<br>Another important observation is that the so-called X-chromosome carried the specific segmental patterns with the highest frequency among the C group. It is resulted that the present low temperature treatment is very useful for the distinction of the individual chromosomes of the human complements.
