Description

For the purpose for determining the safety of endoscopic laser irradiation, basic studies are performed.<BR>Laser irradiation was applied on the liver of pig, filet of chicken and the trachea and bronchi of dog in various watts, duration of time, its continuation and pulse waves to obtain their experimental results.<BR>We have found the fact that, when the joule number is constant, the higher the watt is, the higher a deep approachability to the organ becomes, and also, even if the carbonization occurs on the surface and perforates deeper, the thickness of protein degeneration is always unchanged.
