Description
Hankyu Hills Court Takatsuki 7 th is a 20 story high-rise reinforced concrete building which is used for condominium. We designed and constructed it by using the high strength concrete of Fc=600 kgf/cm2 and the high strength reinforcement of SD 490. Introducing these materials, we made it possible to reduce the section of columns and beams, and to decrease a number of reinforcement. We developed and made practicable the structural system 0. P. C. S. (OBAYASHI Progressive Concrete System) using precast reinforced concrete members cast on the construction site and to joint the horizontal reinforcement of beam in the beam-columnjoint. As a result of the above mentioned method, we have gotten the satisfactory results ; high constructability, shorter construction period, reduced resource requirements, and high quality. This report describes the design and structural system of precast reinforced concrete members cast on the construction site using the high strength concrete of Fc=600 kgf/cm2 and the high strength reinforcement of SD 490, and the concrete work and quality control for the high strength concrete of 600 kgf/cm2.
