Abstract
In the ecosystem, everything is balanced through the input and output of energy and materials. In order to create sustainable human society without disturbing the ecosystem, how to control the structures of biomaterials to functional materials and how to release the structures of bio-based materials for circulation are of importance, following the ecosystem. In this paper, the conversions and utilizations of natural polyphenols are reviewed, and the future technologies are discussed.
