Description

In general, the high figures fore blood crcatine were observed in patients with various type of liver disease, except fore those with early stage of acute hepatitis, and obstructive jaundice.<BR>When administered intravenously with a mixed amino acid solutione, markedly enhanced blood creatine amount after one hour while a mixture of amino acid and gincose introduction through the similar route increased slightly.<BR>Cortisone given intramusculary, conspicuously reduced the crcatine figure at the 1st and 2nd hour after the injection. Were the fignre fore the blood sugar markedly went down too<BR>The increase of blood crcatine in patients with liver disease is mainly due to lowered intermediate metabolism of sugar and supposed to be inhibited phosphorization of Creatine.
