Description
<p>Amplitude of linear resonant actuators severely decrease when external loads are applied. Therefore, load feedback is essential. Authors have proposed a load estimation method using two back-EMF signals under free damped oscillation. This paper presents a new estimation method based on the law of energy conservation under forced oscillation. Additionally, a disturbance compensation control is proposed using estimated load. These methods are verified through finite element analysis.</p>
