Description

Acoustical Society of Japan (ASJ), established in 1936 and currently composed of approximately 4,300 members, has been constantly publishing its journals both in Japanese and English. The Japanese journal contains peer-reviewed papers as well as invited reviews. In addition to the Japanese journal, ASJ has been bimonthly publishing an English journal for over 35 years. The English journal was renewed 15 years ago as Acoustical Science and Technology (AST), which is an open-access electronic journal published at J-STAGE. Recent publication activities of academic articles at ASJ are summarized in this report. Academic activities at annual meetings held in spring and autumn and each technical group are also introduced.
