<p>背景・目的：心停止蘇生後患者の6カ月以上の長期予後はあまりわかっていない。とくに本邦における長期予後はほとんどわかっていないため，当院における心停止蘇生後患者の長期予後を調査した。方法：2011年7月〜2013年3月に当院に入院した病院内・病院外心停止蘇生後患者の12カ月以上の長期予後を，電話などでの問い合わせにより後ろ向きに調査した。結果：期間中に心拍再開した病院内・病院外心停止患者は65例であった。生存退院症例が39例で，退院時Cerebral Performance Category（以下CPC）1-2が19例あった。心停止蘇生1年後の生存者は19例，長期CPC1-2が11例で，退院後に社会復帰できた者は9例であった。結論：当院に入院した病院内・病院外心停止蘇生後患者の生存退院率は60%と比較的良好であったが，1年生存率はその約半数であった。また神経学的予後良好者でも高次脳機能障害，ADL低下などから社会復帰が困難な例が認められた。蘇生後管理の影響や早期のリハビリの効果を検討すべきである。</p>
