Description

Though the CAS is a division of the American Chemical Society, its policy and administration is now directed in international cooperation. The CAS succeeded to shift its marketing targets and set up a flexible structure to cope with varying requests of users, so that it will keep its leading position as "Key to the World's Chemical Literature" in the 1980's. Japanese users are able to make their wishes and opinions reflected in the administration of the CAS through the Japan Association for International Chemical Information.
