Abstract

The swift development of ICT is merging with the manufacturing technology, leading to the emergence of the fourth industrial revolution, which is called "Industrie4.0" by Germany. The objective of the German government is to deter the influence of the US which has big power in software industry, and to realize the sustainable development of its strong manufacturing industry. The technology which is emerging with the big data is not merely realizing the industrial revolution, but will drive the complete change of all the social system. The German Industrie4.0 policy asks its people to give thought to it, and not to react to it, but to contribute to build it and at the same time to profit from its development.
