<p>Nowadays Online LaTex Editors like Overleaf and Authorea are increasingly being launched. These editors, a new platform supporting researchers to get through the process of writing, posting and being published which university libraries do not give opportunities to them to the full extent, could fill in those possible discontinuities in the submission flow. I examine the future effect of "these collaborative writing and publishing tools which would possibly act beyond the call of duty of existing editors, and change the entire process of manuscript submission" on the publishers and research organizations who are involved in academic communications. I overview the brief characteristic and the function of this current typical collaborative writing tool service called Overleaf, then outlook required research support system of university libraries, and possible future changes to manuscript submission process.</p>
