In the previous report I showed that the whole time for design is different in proportion to the size of building each kind of architecture. An attempt is made in this paper to propose dividing the flow of actual design process into three stages, after making the survey of flow. The data presented indicates, it's necessary to confirm the substance of design each stage as follows. 1) Actual condition of confirmation method of design brief (preliminary stage) : The architectural designer meet first to the client to know his enterprise building something, and then usually present the sketch plan (1/200-1/500) at the next meeting to confirm or induce the design brief. But mostly this idea fo sketch gives shape of final architectural design. Accordingly there is no distinction between the stage for confirming the brief and realizing an architecture, it'll be necessary to find the confirmation method for brief. 2) Actual condition of working drawings (executive stage) : The working drawings must be the tool for communication of design intention, however, many questions about them are issued from the estimater to the designer. Then it's wanted establishment of form for working drawings. 3) Actual condition of site supervision (supervisory stage) : Generally speaking, if the communication between the designer and the contractor is perfect, the former ought to do anything without design. But in fact, the designer must be engaged in some kind design for general or detail. It will be necessary to clear the meaning of task for designer in this stage too.
