Description
Ynamine compounds are known to be unstable because of high reactivity of an electron-rich triple bond. The authors prepared phenothiazine derivatives incorporating ynamine moiety. The first example of crystal structure of the ynamine molecule with a terminal acetylenic hydrogen was reported. A significant difference was not observed compared with reported ynamines. The chemical stability and structure of the molecules were also discussed base on the theoretical calculation.
